Course Description
Creating and running a profitable business comes with a host of obstacles. Some of the most common entrepreneurship challenges are:
– Not enough knowledge to set up and run a business successfully
– Compromising core values to attain and keep customers
– No clarity in short- and long-term goals
– Unable to attract the right customers or clients
– Lack of support or reliable support
– Unable to find the right networks
– Your business has plateaued
Statistically, approximately 50% of small businesses failed within the first 2 years and 80% failed by the end of the fifth year.
This 6 hour course will help ABA members understand why it is critical to know your ‘why’ in order to set the right direction for your business to be profitable and grow internationally for years to come. Upon completing this in-person course, you will have developed a clear roadmap to building a profitable business by creating a personal and business vision board.
Course Format
In this one day class, you will work on a personal vision board tailored to your personal development as you connect with like-minded entrepreneurs in various industries.
